He is a Financial Adviser, and Associate Life Underwriter of the Financial Advice New Zealand, and a trustee for a number of substantial family trusts.
Rory ensures all internal processes run smoothly so our clients are assured of receiving the highest quality service from Finzo.
A qualified Chartered Accountant with a Master's Degree in Strategic Management & Planning, Rory is an invaluable resource for business and succession planning.
Francis' role is to support our clients in providing quality advice to their clients and oversee our platform and CRM services.
With a strong background in financial services, Francis is integral in driving Finzo's technology and compliance advancements to allow advisers to better focus on their clients.
Ania works alongside our Support & Operations team, in addition to monitoring the daily activity on Finzo Platform and Zendesk.
Originally from Poland, Ania worked as a translator/interpreter and supplier relations coordinator in the UK. Moved to New Zealand in 2013, Ania provided administrative support to a financial advisory firm in Hawke’s Bay before joining Finzo.
Tracey joined Finzo team in 2019 to bring more rigour to our efforts to comply with changing financial services industry regulations and further improve our client operations.
With 14 years' experience in the financial industry in Australia and the UK, Tracey helps Finzo develop and cooperate with regulatory policies that serve and protect our clients and their businesses.
Russ combines his past adviser experience with technological expertise to manage the development and enhancement of our CRM system.
Thus ensuring the advisers and their clients are at the centre of all activity and conduct.
Taraia joined Finzo in 2021 to build and maintain relationships with our clients and assist us with generating new business.
He worked in the finance industry for the last ten years, from personal lending, home lending (National Australia Bank) to commercial asset finance.
An associate professor at the University of Auckland Business School Alastair has unparalleled academic and practical knowledge of finance. Alastair ensures an independent perspective to the investment committee.
Rita is our Marketing Specialist, joining us in 2021. She draws on previous experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, having worked for several well-known Kiwi retail brands prior.
Rita coordinates our events, communications and marketing activity internally and externally.
Milton joined our Advisory Board in November 2016.
Milton brings a breadth of financial and industry knowledge having spent 29 years with Fidelity Life, NZ's largest locally owned insurer and he was the CEO of the company for 14 years. He is now running a consulting business called STM Advice helping insurance businesses.
Peter joined our Advisory Board in September 2015. Peter is the Managing Director of Mancell Financial Group based in Burnie, Tasmania.
He provides strategic planning advice to FYG Planners for independent, fee-only advisers. Peter is also the current Chair of the Global Association of Independent Advisers.
