We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Manager to manage our support team and handle client service interactions, reports, and queries.


The Service Manager's primary responsibilities include providing the highest level of client service, developing lasting relationships, and managing the service team.


Finzo's Service Manager will provide a quality system support for our Custodial platform and CRM, support the business growth and establish the highest operating efficiencies both internally and externally with clients, associated and service partners.

To be successful as a Service Manager, you should display a strong support-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills. You should also have the willingness and ability to “go the extra mile” to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and third-party service providers.

Experience, knowledge and skills required:


  • Demonstrated office administration experience within the financial services industry

  • Experience of administering a CRM database

  • Experience of using client relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Xplan

  • Experience of using a range of financial services software is highly desirable, particularly custodial software

  • Ability to set up general administrative systems to track general business processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Microsoft Office suite particularly Word, Excel and Outlook (advanced Excel skills preferred) Proven relationship building and customer service skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Proven time management skills and ability to largely self-manage

  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills, including a warm and friendly phone manner

  • Experience of working with highly confidential information is desirable
